　沖縄県うるま市安慶名の商業拠点地区において、個々のプレーヤーである商店や企業・機関に対して、それぞれの個性と力を発揮してもらいながら、全体的な調和を保ち、地区全体としての活力・魅力を最大化し維持するための総合的な仕事を行う組織として、２００６年１２月に設立されました。
　安慶名商業拠点では、既存のディベロッパーや商業資本を誘致するのではなく、地元の権利者、商業者、企業等が協力して、土地、資金、そして知恵と力を出し合い、私たち自身のためのまちづくりを進めることが基本です。このようなまちづくりにおいては、建物建設を誘導し、まちなみや環境を整備・管理し、ビジネスを誘致・育成し、イベントやプロモーション活動などを行う「マネージメント」というソフト面の取り組みが非常に重要となります。
　安慶名商業拠点のテーマである「心もからだも元気になる安慶名の名所づくり」に向けて、まちづくりを推進してまいります。

Welcome!

For the past year we have helped create and manage events and invest in our people. We enjoy and allow number of events in our town and welcome anyone from anywhere! By organizing a number of events we have been inspired and looking forward to adapt new cultures and activities.

For anyone who is interested in planing or creating events (activities, festivals, flee markets, seminars, live music , concerts, etc...) we are more than happy to welcome you and offer a place and use our facility (Regional Exchange Center of Uruma City) in Agena town.

For anyone who are interested, we will be more than happy to advertise any information for any coming events in our blog.
